There are very many ways you can support HLOCM efforts to bring basic needs, health care and education to orphans and vulnerable children in Uganda.
Ways includes:
PRAYERS.
We have real confidence when we approach the throne of mercy of our father in Jesus’s name knowing that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20)
Please Pray;
- That every person would respond with the compassion of Christ to support orphans and vulnerable children.
- That God would use HLOCM projects to give eternal hope to those who are hopeless.
- For the HLOCM volunteers who are giving their hearts and their lives to care for orphans and vulnerable children.
SPONSOR A CHILD
Only $50 (dollars) a month enables HLOCM to provide a child with food, basic education, clothing and medical attention.
Additional monthly food sponsors (any amount) to help in feeding the orphans and vulnerable children at HLOCM.
BIBLE AND CHRISTIAN LITERATURS
To truly change a community and nation takes the gospel of Jesus Christ. HLOCM works with Buwenge community local churches and other local believers to bring God’s word to thousands of poor and suffering people.
For most of them, it is their first time to read the good news in their own language. $30 dollars can provide scripture and other materials that lead the way to total freedom in Jesus Christ.
“If you continue in my word, then you are truly my disciples and you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free” (John 8:31-32)
CURRENT NEEDS FOR HLOCM
–LAND
Currently HLOCM is renting for the office premises. We are believing God to acquire our own land and construct a permanent home that will accommodate our offices and also shelter for the homeless children. We are also believing God to build our own school in the near future to provide cheap education to the poor and vulnerable children in the community.

–MATTRESS AND BLANKETS
Most of these children sleep on dusty floors and on filthy rags as their mattresses. We are in need of mattresses and blankets to improve the sleeping life of our children in their families and foster homes. Sponsor a child with a mattress at only $40 and a blanket at only $20 and change a life.
Redeem a Child
–FOOT WEARS
We are in need of sandals to rescue our children from walking barefooted so that jiggers and other foot diseases that burrow into their skin. Bless a child with casual sandals at only $5 and you can also choose to sponsor with a pair of school shoes at $15. Save a child
